Getting ready for SWEP! Called to one of the homeless shelters we maintain to ensure all rooms are ready as rough sleepers are encouraged in out of the cold tonight. As temperatures are expected to drop below freezing tonight, has been declared. SWEP stands for Severe Weather Emergency Procedures.

A work in progress…. Tasked with clearing a back garden that has been neglected for decades.
Not our usual course of work, however - complexity with access was why we were asked. First we had to open and relocate a rear gate. But first, remove the contaminated waste (urine filled bottles, discarded condoms, needles) to access it. Then, refit the gate and knock down part of a poorly built structure to create access into the garden so our waste contractors could look and assess what needed to be removed….. work commences next week…

Ending on a north London estate today as we close up derelict garages. Really pleasing to be met with comments from residents praising the work we are doing on behalf of a housing authority.

From beautiful new kitchens and bathrooms to disaster response and recovery. We are your one call Service

We were called to this building which had encountered a minor fire and the sprinkler system had activated Nobody knew how to turn the sprinkler system off until the fire service arrived resulting in water damage to the property common areas and the site offices below. Working into the night to clear the excess water ready for drying to take place first thing this morning.
Ensuring business as usual for the building and minimising disruption for the residents
