This was purely a refurbishment—new windows, doors, kitchen, bathroom, carpets, electrics, flooring, painting, and decorating.

However, your investment does need looking after; care and maintenance is key.

It’s also about choosing your tenants carefully.

📍We were recommended to a landlord interested in our HMO model. They are looking to maximise their investment, and of course, we said, "We're your guys."

🏠No matter your budget, our approach is always the same. Whether it's a large-scale transformation or a modest makeover, our goal is to make sure your property is not only enjoyed by its tenants but also works harder for you.

📸As you can see from the photos of this property, the demolition work is at hand; we’re stripping back to basics and rebuilding stronger.

We don’t know about you, but we love the stained-glass double door. And let's talk about the potential in that bathroom—it's just one of the many areas where we see incredible possibilities.
