Floorplans
Our standard floorplan survey specification covers elemnts like:
- walls (structural and partition)
- doors incl. swing and height
- windows
- staircases, steps, ramps and lifts
-overhead detail (ceiling changes, beams, skylights)
-sanitary and kitchen fittings
- boxing
- plant and main services
- floor levels and key levels
Elevations
For represantation of the building facade, we have 2 types of standard elevations - full and outline. See below what are our most common specifications for this.
Full elevation:
- buidling outlines and ground profile
- door & fenestration details
- decorative features
- furniture (RWP's, SVP's, Alarms, CCTV, antenas)
- roof details such as chimneys, skylights
- annotation of materials
- levels annotation
- floor levels
Outline elevation:
- building outline & ground profile
- outline of doors and windows
- levels annotation
Cross Sections
In case of cross section, the information we provide are:
- walls (structural and partition)
- doors & windows, with cill and head heigths
-staircases, steps, lifts
- overhead details (e.g. beams, skylights)
- boxing
-levels on all floors and other key levels
Roof Plans
The standard roof plan specification consists of:
- ridge, eave and parapet lines
- windows and skylights
- vents, pipes, chimneys
- tanks
- fire escapes and catwalks
