Delighted to have sold this beautiful home 🏡

When the sellers first got in touch, their lovely home had been sitting on the market with no real interest. They asked me to come and take a look.

Not every sale goes smoothly from the start — and that’s okay.

I had a beautiful 2-bedroom garden maisonette that I was genuinely excited about. First viewing in, we had an over-asking offer on the table. Brilliant start.

But a week later, the buyers got cold feet and decided to step away from the market altogether. Disappointing — but these things happen, and it’s never the end of the story.

We regrouped, went back to the buyers who’d already enquired, plus the pipeline I’d built from previous sales in the area, and organised an open day. The interest was there — we just needed to find the right people for this home.

And we did.

A wonderful couple of first-time buyers fell in love with the flat and secured an excellent offer. They are absolutely over the moon and can’t wait to move in.

This is what I love about this job. It doesn’t always go to plan the first time, but with the right database, the right approach, and a bit of determination, the right buyers are always out there.
