Current Covid-19 Guidelines.
Our offices in New Malden are open and we look forward to assisting you in your property search. To enter our office, you will be required to wear a suitable face covering.
If you would like to arrange a viewing or valuation, you will be asked in advance to confirm if you or a member of your family are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, or any members of your family are currently self-isolating.
For viewings, a suitable face covering is required to wear inside the property, and you must abide to social distancing guidelines. Your position as a potential buyer or tenant will be prequalified prior to appointments being arranged.
Anyone wishing to view a property should be from the same household and we are restricting it two adults.
