Good morning all
I am off up north looking for investment property next weekend.
I will be looking to make introductions to builders and estate agents to help us grow an investment property portfolio in certain areas.
People who still think that your money is safe in the banks are likely to more disappointed in the coming years.
Once I have established links and a smooth operating process, we will be offering between 8% and 10% on investment returns for investors over a 3 month , 6 month and 8 month process, depending on the type of investment.
All funds will paid via the solicitors and held in client bank accounts, so they will be 100% safe on hold until invested and then secured with a second charge on the property invested in.
This facility will not be openly available until the new year and only then to limited numbers to keep it simple and tidy.
I will also be looking for contacts with builders, estate agents and property sellers in the south east for serviced accommodation opportunities and HMO's, ( houses of multiple occupancy).
