As the UK faces a housing crisis, with areas harbouring numerous vacant properties experiencing anti-social behaviour and safety concerns, it's a critical moment for us to help owners, local authorities, and residents transform these empty houses into homes.

To date, we have resolved over 2,000 cases and work with more than 70 Local Authorities, achieving a success rate of over 90% in locating the owners of empty homes.

Here's an example of a property which stood derelict for 10 years, with disputed ownership and title complications. We traced the owners in America, and after engaging with the family, the property was refurbished and on the market within a matter of weeks.
