These are the places you'll find locals spending their evenings in August ☀️

Throughout the summer, many towns host their annual "Feiras da Terra" – literally translating to "Fairs of the Land." They are traditional summer fairs that celebrate local food, handmade crafts, live music and long evenings spent together. Every town has its own atmosphere, but they all share the same feeling: good food, good company and a real sense of community.

They're one of our favourite things to recommend to guests because they offer a side of the Algarve that many visitors don't get to experience.
