AgentTracker – the seal of approval
Our mission is to encourage higher standards within the estate agency industry. We want to recognise those agents who provide good customer service and award those who provide the best. With AgentTracker, estate agents can generate independently verified testimonials – the real deal, ones that potential customers will know are genuine. Customers looking for an agent can be assured that the approved agents (ones with Silver or Gold status) are committed to delivering excellent service. Yes, we will publish unflattering reviews, but those agents who get more negative feedback than positive will be removed from AgentTracker until they can demonstrate that they’ve made improvements. We’re working towards providing other services to support independent agents in the future. If you have any comments or ideas, we’d welcome your input. The people behind AgentTracker
AgentTracker is managed full time by real people – people who understand the industry and what it takes to deliver good service.
