As a Hyde tenant, the quickest and easiest way to book a repair is on MyAccount. You can choose a time and date that suits you, and track the progress of your repair.

With the new school year underway, families have already used our £50 school uniform vouchers to buy almost 25,000 uniform items, saving over £216,000.

The vouchers are helping children across our homes start the term with the essentials they need.

If you've still got a voucher to use, it's valid until 31 October 2026.

E-scooter and bike fires can be dangerous, but they're often preventable.

Never leave batteries charging unattended, including while you're asleep or away from home. Always use the manufacturer's charger and unplug it once charging is complete.

Help us spot tenancy fraud.

Tenancy fraud happens when a Hyde home is being lived in, used or passed on by someone who isn't entitled to it, preventing others from accessing much-needed housing.

Signs can include suspected subletting, frequent visitors with suitcases, unusual key safes or a property that appears unexpectedly empty.

Report concerns through a ‘misconduct’ case on MyAccount or call 0800 3 282 282. You don't need proof to get in touch.

We're committed to addressing antisocial behaviour through early intervention, partnership working and, when needed, legal action to help protect our customers and communities.

In a recent case, joint working with the police and support services helped us take action to protect neighbouring customers while continuing to seek support for the individual involved.

It’s vital that when charging e-bikes and e-scooters, you do so safely to avoid the risk of a fire starting.

Simple advice like using the correct charger and always unplugging your charger when it’s finished charging, could literally save lives.

Residents and colleagues at Riverside Court in Tonbridge recently came together to honour three remarkable residents whose kindness, dedication and community spirit helped shape life at the scheme.

Memorial benches were unveiled in memory of Len Harvey, Brian Ward and Betty Humphrey, celebrating the lasting impact they made through supporting neighbours, organising activities and bringing people together. Their legacy will continue to inspire the Riverside Court community for years to come🌟
