At UK Structures Ltd, we are passionate about timber frames. We firmly believe it’s the future of a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to construction.

The company was formed in 2020 by Jason Arnould following 18 successful years in the construction industry. During his career, Jason had built up an extensive network of contacts and knowledge from providing carpentry and timber frame installation services to some of the biggest trade timber frame suppliers in Southeast England. Recognising a growing demand for sustainable timber frame-building methods, Jason formed his own company to offer bespoke timber frame design, supply and installation packages to self-builders, contractors and developers.

The company has since expanded to include Contracts Manager Kevin May and Commercial Manager Ashley Green. Kevin and Ashley have over 40 years of combined knowledge and experience in timber frame construction, having worked for some of the leading timber frame companies in the Southeast.

Together, our team has a proven track record for delivering many small and large-scale timber frame projects, from self-build homes and multi-plot developments to blocks of flats and hotels. This fabulous project in Sevenoaks, Kent, showcases the quality and expertise of our timber frame installations.

In just six weeks, we delivered the complete structural package for this magnificent four-bedroom detached family home—set across three floors with an open-plan living room, four large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a cinema room, and an indoor swimming pool.
