Neelam was asked what advice she would give to someone looking to get into the property sourcing sector, to which she replied 'My advice would be to treat property sourcing like a real business from day one. Take the time to learn about compliance, understand your legal responsibilities, and make sure you’re fully set up before sourcing for others. There’s a lot more to this industry than just finding a deal—you need to build trust, stay organised, and deliver real value to your investors. I’d also say, don’t rush. Focus on building solid relationships, especially with investors, agents, and other sourcers. Surround yourself with people who are already doing what you want to do, and never stop learning. Most importantly, stay authentic. If you lead with honesty, care, and consistency, your reputation will grow and the right opportunities will come your way.'
