As we look back on a monumental year for Arada London, these are just a few of the highlights.

1. In November, the landmark 80 percent acquisition of Thameside West followed, a £2.5 billion waterfront development in the Royal Docks and the largest property deal of the decade.
2. In September, Arada acquired 75 percent of Regal, committing £500 million to expand London’s residential pipeline to 30,000 homes and marking the launch of Arada London.
3. Over the summer, our flagship development Fulton & Fifth welcomed its first residents.
4. This year, The Clarendon Works secured its eighth award for excellence, with recognition as Best Commercial Workplace at the 2025 BCO Awards for the Midlands and Central England.

A year defined by growth, delivery and recognition.
