This one is a VERY special sale. 🥹💜

My lovely seller had been on the market with a high street agent for over 6 months and was understandably losing hope.

We completely changed the strategy, relaunched with fresh professional photography, and I even staged the house myself to give it the fresh start it needed.

And we SOLD! 🥳🔑

Some people you meet and you just genuinely LOVE working with — and he is absolutely one of them. I’m so grateful he trusted me, and I couldn’t be happier for him as he heads off to his next chapter in Devon. 🏡🌊

And then there are my wonderful buyers — buying their first home! 🥹 What an emotional experience for everyone involved.

Today was all about handing over those keys and seeing two sets of dreams come true.

✨ MUM LIFE… BUT MAKE IT A BUSINESS ✨

Who says having kids means putting your ambition on pause? 👀

I wanted the school runs, the holidays, the family time AND a career I was genuinely proud of.

So I stopped waiting for the “right time” and built something of my own. 🏡

Now I get to be a mum and an independent estate agent.

Is it hard? Yep.

Some sales are extra special... and this is one I'll never forget. ✨🤍

Helping to sell a home that has been cherished by the same family for generations has been such an incredible privilege. Homes like this hold so many memories, and being trusted to help write the next chapter is something I'll never take for granted.

What makes this sale even more meaningful is the wonderful connection I've built with these amazing sellers. They've been an absolute joy to work with, and I'll genuinely miss them as they begin their exciting new adventure.
