Much time and effort goes into preparing the drawing packages of residential projects. From the initial client call to discussing options, getting planning approvals, preparing building control drawings with details and specifications, it might take months before the builder is instructed and the project is ready for the construction works. Make sure you have the right team to support you.

I spend a whole day in Progressive Property Academy in Peterborough enjoying keynote speakers, deal clinics and heavy networking 😃👊👊 but the best of all, I had an amazing session with my mentor Peter Smith!!! Goals were set, action points created - I can’t lie: there were some tears too… 😂😂😭 now I look forward to going out there and working for my dreams!!!

Today we have completed on a new property!! This is a 4 bed Edwardian terrace in North West, which we will convert into a 6 bed co-living unit!!! Huge thanks to our solicitors for their hard work and our investors for their faith in us!! My business partner Carl Mannion has been awesome during the whole process!! And this project would never have been materialised if we weren't part of the Progressive Property Community and have been supported by the wonderful Kevin McDonnell and Yvette Mallinson!! Watch this space for the updates!!!
