My 2026 Property Market Predictions for Ealing and Surrounding Areas.

As we move towards 2026, I’ve found myself having more relaxed, confident conversations with buyers, sellers and landlords across Ealing, West Ealing, Northfields, Hanwell, Acton, Brentford, Perivale and Greenford.

There’s a noticeable shift in mood. Less noise. More clarity. And, importantly, a growing sense that our local property market is heading into 2026 on solid, sensible footing.

These aren’t headline-grabbing predictions. They’re grounded, local observations based on what I’m seeing week in, week out – viewings booked, offers agreed, and plans being made with confidence again.

I have been a parent rep and coach here for almost 3 years and love watching the growth and development of all of them through the endless support of the fully qualified coaches and tireless parents that donate their time and energy. 😎 Now it was my chance to give back to the club and set the stage for more to enjoy…😁
