A fantastic few weeks! 🏡

With changing market conditions and increased competition, we reduced the room prices on our beautiful kitchenette rooms — and the response has been amazing.

In just 4 weeks, we’ve successfully moved 7 tenants into the shared house accommodation.

From arranging viewings to handing over keys, it’s been a very busy period, but we’re proud to provide a smooth and personal service throughout the process.

We’ve experienced strong demand with multiple viewings across our properties, alongside expanding into a new area in Gillingham.

Key updates:

• Nelson Road – applicants progressing, soon to be 4 tenants in situ

It’s been a busy few weeks for us and I wanted to share a quick update on what’s been happening behind the scenes.

• After many years with us, a long-standing tenant is moving on from Weston Road. The good news is we’ve already secured a new tenant for the room, ensuring no downtime.

• Over at Nelson Road, demand for our high-end accommodation continues. We now have a second tenant moving into Room 2 – one of our luxury HMO rooms.

• We’re also pleased to welcome a new handyman to the team, helping us continue to maintain our properties to a high standard and respond quickly to any issues.

• A major project is underway at Jeyes Road with a full roof replacement – an important investment to protect the property long-term.

You may also have noticed we’ve been sharing more content across social media. Our aim is to give more insight into what we do day-to-day and keep landlords better informed.
