3 SALES AGREED THIS WEEK 🙌🏻

After a slower summer market, September has definitely brought a shift. Buyers are much more serious, decisions are being made faster and the market is starting to move again.

Price sensitivity is absolutely still there, but when a property is priced right, buyers aren’t messing around.

This week’s deals have been a particularly nice mix: one of the loveliest clients who brings me the best food back from his travels, an old friend and colleague, and of course… the historic apartment I’ve now sold for the third time 😂

The pipeline is firmly back on track — with plenty more happening behind the scenes.

September’s property market had other plans 😂

My trip to Puglia already feels like a lifetime ago as the London property market has been keeping me very busy. It’s an unbelievable feeling to see things picking up like this.

One major highlight: Agreeing a sale on my Tredegar Square listing for the THIRD time. Yes, you read that right. 😂

After two sales fell through for completely different, buyer-specific reasons, we had to act fast. The stunning ground-floor apartment sits on one of East London’s most beautiful historic garden squares, and I knew there was still plenty of interest.

We reacted quickly, relaunched the property and, within just one week, we were back to competing offers and best and finals. I’m absolutely delighted to have agreed another sale for my client. Third times a charm 🤫

Now heading into Q4 with my biggest portfolio of listings to date, and I couldn’t be more optimistic for what’s ahead this year.
