What a privilege it was to hear and learn from Surinder Arora, the Billionaire Hotelier.
He was truly inspirational — a man of purpose and focus, yet so grounded. His journey from nothing to billions is filled with challenges and sacrifices, but what stood out is how he faced every obstacle with positivity, turning each one into an opportunity.
His message was clear: there are no shortcuts to success. You need a vision, and you must keep moving forward step by step — Always look a step ahead, but also remember the step behind you — a reminder of your roots and how far you’ve come
What struck me most was his modesty and unwavering determination. He credits his work ethic to his mum, who worked full time during the week and took cleaning jobs on weekends to support the family, that shaped his values and drive.
