Autumn Hunt is a ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ/๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ-๐๐๐ซ๐ค๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ with deep experience in strategy, GTM (go to market), growth, and product in the /SaaS + multifamily world.
Previously, she held a role as Head of Marketing for a multifamily operator. In that capacity she re-imagined or transformed their marketing, leasing, and innovation efforts.
It was great to share this episode with someone so active in thought leadership from both sides of the industry.
๐Given that conference season is upon on us (including Blueprint last week!), it underscores how different the events can feel for some men and women. I hosted a round table for example and struggled to find just 1 female leader available to join the conversation.
Autumn Hunt and I discussed the back-and-forth on LinkedIn recently about whether women-only conferences/events help or hinder women in the industry. Some argue they provide ๐ฌ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ฌ, ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐จ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ, ๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฉ ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ where otherwise people feel marginalized; others worry they may segregate, reduce exposure to mixed settings, or be seen as separate rather than integrated. Eric Sharpe - keen to hear any other opinions on this!
Ladies in , there's so much more to explore. Letโs connect and keep the conversations going! ๐ค
