🌹 Rose Rescue & Trellis Replacement 🌹

Today's project involved saving and securing this beautiful climbing rose after its old wooden trellis finally gave way.

Years of weather exposure had caused the timber support to rot and crumble, leaving the rosebush collapsed on the ground.

We carefully lifted and repositioned the rose, installing a sturdy new metal trellis and securely reattaching the stems to provide long-lasting support.

The stronger framework will help the plant continue to grow, flower, and thrive for many years to come.

A great example of how replacing failing garden structures before they cause permanent damage can protect established plants and keep gardens looking their best.

A sad ending for a beautiful piece of furniture 💔

This solid wood wardrobe had clearly been built to last - well-made, heavy, and still in great condition.

We did everything we could to find it a new home on behalf of our customer, including offering it to charity shops and furniture resale businesses, but unfortunately everyone said the same thing… it was simply too large to take.

With the customer needing to complete their house move, we were left with no other option but to carefully dismantle the wardrobe and remove it for disposal.

It’s always a shame when quality furniture reaches this point, but sometimes practicality and space limitations leave no alternative.

The important thing is that the customer was able to move house smoothly, the property was fully cleared, and they were happy with the final result.
