This project is called Montgomerie Lodge, located in Chigwell, Essex. It was a former home occupying a disproportionately large site. We transformed this site into a collection of apartments that benefit from an optimised view over Chigwell Golf Course, as well as significantly new planting, that give residents tranquility whilst being in a vibrant location.

Hi everyone 👋 we have been extremely late to Facebook, but it's been over 10 years of successfully redeveloping disused sites, and creating beautiful spaces for people to live.

Our core philosophy is creating a space that is better for the environment than before we started. We hope that as you take a look at some of projects you can see how much of our heart and soul goes into our designs, both internally and externally 😊
