A huge shout out to Lisa who has received the loveliest letter from one of our previous tenants who earlier in the year moved abroad after renting a property with us for a short period of time over the past year.

The letter mentions that Lisa had helped find a property for him and that ‘from then on she kept an eye on me, checking on my needs, and indeed it felt as though she adopted me as a sort of honourary grandparent’

Mr R mentioned that ‘I could always turn to her for help and this was beyond the call of duty in a very big way for which I will always be grateful and I will never forget’
