Another tidy little feature added to this space 👌

I’ve installed a high-level rail internally, ready for hanging baskets to be displayed safely and securely. Fixed solid into position and finished off to suit the industrial style of the room – practical but still looks the part.

Perfect for adding a bit of greenery without taking up floor space 🌿

We popped round to install a bird box for a local lady who wanted to encourage a bit more wildlife into her garden.

The box was fitted nice and high on the gable wall, tucked just under the roofline to keep it sheltered. It’s securely fixed into the brickwork so it’ll stay put for years to come.

Simple job, but a lovely one to do, and hopefully it won’t be long before it’s got some new feathered tenants moving in. 🐦

We attended the client’s residence within 48 hours of enquiry to carry out the installation of a new mirror to the chimney breast, carefully positioned to complement and match the existing fireplace.

The installation was completed efficiently, with close attention paid to alignment, secure fixing, and overall presentation to ensure a seamless finish that enhanced the focal point of the room.

As with all our work, the job was carried out quickly, cleanly, and with minimal disruption to the home. The customer was extremely satisfied with both the quality of workmanship and the prompt service provided.

On this job, I cut a new pe*******on in an existing wall so the client could form a new meeting room, the existing wall that was being removed required the reposition a plug socket that was sitting within the wall where the new layout was going. Once that was re-located, I formed a bulkhead and built columns using plasterboard to suit the new design.

After that, I constructed a new stud partition wall to create a private meeting room for the company. The wall was plasterboarded with a foam insulation inside to help reduce noise transfer, important for keeping meetings private and cutting down echo within the room.

Once everything was boarded and ready, I decorated the room in the client’s chosen colour to give it a clean, finished look.

To complete the job, I altered and cut down the existing suspended ceiling to tie everything in properly and make sure the new wall sat neatly within the space.

A tidy transformation and a practical solution for creating a private, sound-reduced meeting room 👍

I installed this 75” TV into the wall to give the room a clean and simple finish. The aim was to keep everything neat, so all the cables were hidden behind the TV rather than left hanging down.

The bracket was fixed securely into the wall supports to make sure it could safely hold the weight of the TV. Once it was mounted, I levelled it properly and checked everything was working as it should.

The end result is a tidy, solid installation that looks great and makes the most of the space.

On this job, the client’s tiler noticed signs of damp coming through, so we were called in to take a look before the tiles went down.

Once the floor was opened up, it was clear the existing supports underneath had completely rotted away due to long-term moisture. The structure simply wasn’t sound enough to continue, so everything affected had to be removed.

We installed a brand-new support structure to properly strengthen the area and fitted new floorboards to create a solid base again. This now allows for plywood and screed to be laid, giving a level and stable surface ready for tiling.

By getting in quickly and dealing with the problem properly, we helped minimise delays and made sure the job could move forward with confidence.

Really enjoyed taking this one on. The client had put together a homemade bespoke automated dartboard setup and supplied all the materials and equipment themselves. My job was to make it all work properly in the space and give it a clean, professional finish.

First step was building and installing a rear timber frame to the wall. This created the depth needed to hide all the wiring and components that make the system operate, while keeping everything neat and tidy. The idea was to allow for a wireless-style setup without any messy cables on show, so planning the framework properly was key.

Once that was in place, I installed the client’s chosen wall panelling over the top to give it that smart, bespoke look. The panel finish really sets it off and turns it into a proper feature rather than just a dartboard on the wall.

Space was fairly tight, so myself and the client worked together to go through measurements and layout options to make sure we could achieve what they wanted within the limits of the room. With a bit of careful planning and problem solving, we made it work exactly as they’d hoped.

Great little project and a brilliant end result 👍

EV Charger Trench Excavation 🔌

A 600mm deep trench excavated by hand to allow for new EV charger cabling (cable installation to be completed by others). The aim was to relocate the charger away from the main property, creating a safer and more practical setup.

All existing underground cables were carefully located and exposed by hand before digging to avoid any damage. Extra care was taken around services to keep everything safe and intact.

The weather wasn’t on our side, with some heavy conditions to work through, but the job was pushed on and completed as requested by the end of the day.

The trench is now ready and awaiting cable installation. Once the cable is in place, it will be backfilled and the existing flags and monoblock reinstalled to leave everything neat and as it was.

Reliable, tidy work carried out with care from start to finish.
