"It's more than just meeting people, it's doing business."

We love this quote from Allister Parr about The PDF.

Our events are for our attendees, we strive to ensure that each member gets the most from their time with us, so testimonials like this are really great to hear.

Thank you Allister!

If you'd like to come along to our next event, we have one every month in varying locations across the South West. Our next one is in Exeter and is and it's a special Summer in the City with The Samphire Club, so make sure to reserve your spot here: https://sme.software/11061/property-development-forum/events/819.html

The perfect backdrop for a summer catch up.

We’ve picked the hidden courtyard garden at the City Gate Hotel in Exeter for Summer in the City with The Samphire Club on July 23rd. It’s a brilliant, relaxed space, tucked away in the city centre, making it the ideal spot.

We'll have a BBQ on the go, a welcome drink ready for you, and a long summer evening to chat shop with a completely unique mix of South West property and business professionals.

Spaces are strictly limited so don’t wait on this one.

Every now and then, an opportunity comes up to do something a bit different.

We’ve partnered with Samphire Club for Summer in the City.

Bringing the PDF community together with Samphire’s network is a great way to explore new relationships that might be valuable outside of the property industry.

Whether you’re looking for your next joint venture partner, trying to source a local site, or just want to expand your circle in the South West with a completely fresh crowd, this is the room you want to be in.

John Harvey will be hosting and connecting the dots between both networks throughout the evening.

It was so good to be back at The Waterfront in Plymouth on Tuesday.

Thankyou to everyone who made the time to come out. It was brilliant to catch up with so many familiar faces and hear about what you’ve all been working on, as well as welcoming a few new people into the mix.

These afternoons remind us why we started the forum in the first place - it's just a great group of people helping each other get things moving. See you all at the next one!

A quick look at the venue for our next Plymouth meet-up. We’re heading back to The Waterfront, one of our favourite spots.

The plan for the afternoon is straightforward - getting local landowners, developers, and investors in one room to catch up on current projects and see what’s happening in the market. No forced networking, just a casual space to chat over some light refreshments.

Make sure to reserve your ticket now and we look forward to seeing you there: https://sme.software/11061/property-development-forum/events/726.html

We are heading back to Plymouth for our next meet-up, and we’re looking forward to visiting The Waterfront once again.

It’s a fantastic venue that always sets the perfect backdrop for our afternoons of relaxed, informal networking.

These events are completely focused on the people in the room, and we can’t wait to bring our local network of landowners, developers, and investors together to share experiences, talk about current projects, and catch up over some light refreshments.

If you want to grab your spot for this one, head to our website: https://sme.software/11061/property-development-forum/events/808.html

It was a brilliant evening at the Courtyard in Exeter yesterday. The warm weather made for a great atmosphere and it was the perfect excuse to catch up over a cold drink on the terrace.

It was great to see the landowners, developers, and investors who did make it out sharing their latest project updates and chatting.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us! We’re leaving yesterday's event with plenty of momentum and can’t wait for the next one.

Don't forget about our next event!

We'll be in Exeter at the Courtyard next week on Tuesday the 26th.

Come along and meet fellow property developers, investors and professionals over some light refreshments.

The event will be supported by a core of property Ambassadors from the worlds of Design & Planning, Finance, Law, Project Delivery and Sales & Marketing.

As ever, our Ambassadors will be on hand to answer any property-related questions or to join you in raising a glass to celebrate yet more deals being done within the group.

We look forward to seeing you there.

It is always nice to see the impact our events have from the perspective of our Ambassadors.

For anyone in the property arena, these meet ups are a great way of keeping a pulse on the local market while catching up with familiar faces and making new connections in a completely relaxed setting.

Having our team of Ambassadors on hand means you’re getting direct access to professional expertise that can help move your projects forward organically.

If you've been looking for a space where the conversations are genuine and the environment is built for collaboration, we’d love to see you in two weeks' time at our next event!
