Heritage Open Days at The Grange and St Edwards' Presbytery, Ramsgate, over looking the sea.

We'll be open: Friday 11, Saturday 12, Sunday 13 September, 10am-4pm, and Monday 14 September 10am-1pm.

Open just two weekends a year to the public, the Landmark Trust invites you to explore these historic buildings restored almost 20 years ago, part of Ramsgate's unique history.

Live short performance by Thanet Youth Chamber choir, Saturday 12 September, 11am & 11.40am, free to join (audience standing).

Families welcome, picnics in the garden encouraged!

Silverton Park Stables Open Days ✨🎟🙌
Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September, 10am-4pm.

A rare chance to step inside a historic building not usually open to the public for Heritage Open Days festival, cared for by building restoration charity, the Landmark Trust.

Near to Cullompton, Silverton Park Stables is all that remains of an grand estate built by George Francis Wyndham in 1837.

Hot drinks available for a donation, with local bakery Ze-Licious joining us on Sunday. Free field parking onsite.

Enjoy a unique family day out in the Devon countryside.

Have you ever visited a pink 18th century villa, featuring a Victorian Observatory in the back garden? Well this is your chance! Join us at Belmont, Lyme Regis, for our free Heritage Open Days event on Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 September - you can drop in anytime between 10am - 4pm. Suitable for the whole family, with children's activity sheets, come and meet the wonderful team who care for this historic building each week.

Refreshments will be available, courtesy of Powder Monkeys Explorer Sea Scout Unit or bring a picnic to enjoy in the garden (if the weather is kind!)

Free entry, booking preferred, but all welcome to drop in anytime 10am - 4pm.

LEGO is back at Open Days, this time at Astley Castle for Heritage Open Days🤩

Build a Tudor castle gate inspired by Astley Castle from thousands of colourful bricks, led by a 'master builder' from our friends at Bricks McGee.

Take part on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September, 11am-3pm.

Drop-in, suitable for ages 4+, children must be accompanied.

Some memorable animal encounters are coming to Llwyn Celyn this September🦙🐭🐢

For Cadw Open Doors festival, we're hosting a family-friendly day out at Llwyn Celyn, near Abergavenny. Visit the beautifully restored medieval farmhouse, where history and nature meet.

Explore the site dating back 600 years in the Monmouthshire countryside and learn more about its history and the work of The Landmark Trust

Open Days: Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September, Llwyn Celyn, Monmouthshire, site open 10am-4pm

Saturday 12 September🦉 Animals Interactive | 11am-2pm

Get hands-on with ten different species, including an owl, giant tortoise, rabbits, mice, guinea pigs and lizards. Learn fascinating facts and meet some rare and unusual creatures up close.

Sunday 13 September🦙 Amazing Alpacas | 10am-4pm

Meet the friendly alpacas from their little Monmouthshire farm. Get up close, handle them and perhaps even offer a few treats!

🎟️ Free to visit, pre-booking preferred. Donations to support the work of the Landmark Trust are warmly welcomed.

Doors Open Days programme 2026 is now live 🫶

You can now view events and plan your visits this September.

Landmark Trust are opening Auchinleck House, Fairburn Tower, and tours of Mavisbank House (pre-booking required) for Doors Open Days this year. Step inside historic properties open to the public just once a year.🧐
