Property Manager Wanted

£26,300 a year.
We are currently seeking an experienced lettings/property manager to join their team at one of their central Manchester sites.
You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for marketing and letting their high end vacant properties. Once the properties have been let, you will be responsible for all property management and maintenance requests, managing contracts and deposits and liaising with contractors regarding any issues that occur.
This is a busy and challenging role, and customer service experience is key!
Duties will include:
• Marketing available properties
• Managing social media pages
• Arranging and attending viewings
• Referencing tenants and providing contracts
• First point of contact for all tenant queries
• Ensuring tenants receive a pleasant customer experience
• Arranging tenant events on site
• Property inspections

Experienced Handyman/all rounder required, to join our team - Required to carry out all manner of carpentry works, from larger refurbishment works within our sites, to smaller jobs within domestic and private properties, some works are varied depending on requirements, from call outs minor works, to site works.
It would be beneficial to your application if you have other skills such as plastering, plumbing and decorating.
You must have your own tools and transport to be considered for the position. Positions are available to start ASAP.
Experience:

- Interior Painting / Decorating
- Specialist Paint Effects
- Wallpapering
- Door Stripping
- Timber Restoration
- Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels.
-Works as part of a team that maximizes tenant satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to tenant enquiries
- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where property initiatives & targets are achieved.
- Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
Requirements of the Painter & Decorator:
- Experience in painting and decorating essential (3 years).
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional tenant service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment, that demands excellence.
- Strong communication skills.
