From a young age, he showed leadership skills by taking on household responsibilities and helping to manage finances. We would like to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about who we are at CQC-SA. We were established in 2021 with the goal of providing top-quality supported accommodation.
Our team is made up of directors, employees, and associates who have extensive knowledge in both care and property development. We have a
comprehensive approach to funding, sourcing land, and developing homes, and we are deeply committed to meeting the ongoing need for housing for vulnerable adults and delivering excellence and affordability.

We work closely with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards, and registered housing providers in the UK to deliver specialist sustainable homes and long-term care and support for independent living within our communities. We are dedicated to working with registered support providers to create supportive environments that meet the needs of our residents.
