The creation of sustainable neighbourhoods for the long-term comprising high-quality homes and exceptional amenities, catering to the needs of the residents and the local community; is at the heart of what we do. We are extremely proud to be creating new communities and developing much-needed infrastructure to enable people to call Manchester city centre their ‘home’.
In a short space of time Deansgate Square, Castle Wharf and Crown Street, all located at the southern end of the city centre, have become home to a brand-new community of people. In addition to creating new homes and public spaces, our curated events programme for residents and the local community – managed by our Head of Experience, have helped to bring people together within these spaces.
Our experienced Concierge and Health & Wellness teams provide a friendly service on a day-to-day basis. In addition, our local and independent Commercial Operators provide doorstep amenity including restaurants, bars, shops, a dental and medical clinic and a cookery school.
Our goal is to create new, aspirational neighbourhoods that endure, and in which communities can thrive. We hope to continue to replicate the success we have seen here across future neighbourhoods within the city. We look forward to announcing the launch of our newest neighbourhood in Manchester city centre very soon.
