Again this year, we have worked closely with our customers to make sure our information is useful, interesting, and accessible. We called this our โ€˜Big Conversationโ€™ and spoke with customers both online and in person.

Month of Hope ๐Ÿ’œ
Today marks the start of Greater Manchester's Month of Hope.

Mental wellbeing is a vital part of our health, and little steps can make a big difference to someone: an understanding chat, a helpful gesture, or helping someone find the right support in Stockport.

Sometimes simply checking in with someone, listening without judgement, or asking how they're doing can help someone feel less alone and give them hope.

Throughout September and October, we'll be sharing resources, training opportunities and ways you can support your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around you.

If you're struggling, support is available. You do not have to face things alone.

As part of our Help Us, Help You campaign, our colleagues have been out door knocking across Stockport communities as part of this yearโ€™s Customer Census.

The Customer Census helps us better understand the people who live in our homes so we can continue to improve our services, support and communication.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to speak with us and complete the survey.
