Havnt Posted in a while... as always mega busy. Couple of recent pics of completed work... from custom fencing, plumbing works and making good, kitchen installs boiler servicing and installs internal/external doors and windows, paving there really isnt much we dont do 🙂

Emergency Callouts keeping us busy... ordinarily no need to post however this one really takes the biscuit.

I'm called at 10pm to a heavy leak of a 4th floor appartment... floor is soaked and likely the ceiling of the appartment below. What's the issue?

Customer recently had their kitchen tap replaced due to a leaky faucet...

The tradesman (term used lightly) who did the install decided it was a good move to plumb the new tap in on a copper line using a speedfit coupler, then to use another small length of copper to attach a brass compression stop then connect the tap flexi... absolutely needless but worse when they didn't even bother to deburr the copper, splitting the speedfit rubber washers... and then use the soft brass thread to fit the compression destroying the thread... (also didn't bother to apply any PTFE or thread joint compound)

Result... 100s if not 1000s of £ in damage to the 2 apparments. All to save 5 minutes with a speedfit coupler instead of installing correctly a compression isolator... on what was only ever a 30minute job in the first place. Idiot.

Attention do detail... because not everyone just wants ok... some want it done right!

(Note.... We are also not responsible for the rest of the plumbing monstrosity in the pictures, only the nice new correct safe and neat new install)

Been Pretty Quiet on Social Media lately... thats because we are stupidly busy!

Not had time for many projects with covering maintenance and emergency callouts!

From leaky radiators to full scale floods, storm damage and repairs to electrial issues and even survey works on other trades poor installations!

Lots of kitchens and bathrooms to fit in ithe near future including tiling boarding furniture.... a flooring job including solid wood laminate LVT click and carpets seems the diary is very full 🙂

Despite being swamped, always able to fit in more work and this week have had the opportunity to fit in something pretty nice on the eye 👀

Storage solutions for the customer, full build start to finish 😎

There isn't much we don't do.... why not call or text and get that project underway!

We havnt been very active of late... thats because we have a few large projects on going and crazy busy but here's one very special job completed.

Huge Luxury Media wall... complete with energy efficient ambient recessed backlights that react to sound and lots of different modes

White Quartz sparkle tiles and panoramic fireplace

Not handymen... Multi Skilled Trades.

First up is tiling make good as for some reason the tile installer (who did a really good job btw) decided it must have been friday and he was done because the gap for the washing machine was only half done leaving the customers washer to go on a crazy spin cycle like a mad 'night on the tiles'

Second job for this customer, daughter bedroom feature wall Mural... anyone who knows these walls will say it takes some skill to make the lines disappear and the pattern match perfectly but it's all In a day for us.

Tiler cost day rate- £220
Decorator cost day rate- £200

Our cost £250 minus referral discount and materials supplied. Big savings for the customer and of course... a perfect Job.

Baby room finished.
