The communal areas comprise of a large living room with central shared TV, again with Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube built in, as well as a HDMI link direct to the TV unit, and a comfortable seating area; kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and large American-style fridge/freezer, and utility room with all cleaning and household equipment you would need and downstairs toilet beyond.

The house also has a small, enclosed, external patio for the use of all tenants'.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, including gas, water, electric, council tax, TV licence and High Speed Wi-Fi.

The property is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk (3 minutes when we timed it!) from Stalybridge Train Station, where you can travel directly to Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Victoria and Leeds Central on regular, direct services. You can be in Manchester City Centre within 15 minutes of leaving the house!

It is also within a 5 minute walk to Tameside General Hospital, ideal for any staff who would like a very easy walk into work.

You also have easy access to both Stalybridge and Ashton Town Centres. For those who drive, the M60 motorway can easily be accessed at nearby junction 23, and there is street parking available if required.

We've been taking a well-deserved rest from the property world after our last project, but we are back on it today! Currently putting a location plan together to start sourcing for a new HMO project potential!

Sorry we've been quiet for a while - it's been hectic behind the scenes!

We are back on track now and can finally reveal the end result of the Manchester HMO we've been working on.

It's been a very long process, and everything that could've gone wrong did, but we took a step back, regrouped and fought our way to the end. So many lessons have been learnt and we will continue to grow from it. Look out for our upcoming blog post for more details on this!

We are so proud of the transformation, and after listing it for rent just last night, the enquiries are flooding in already, so fingers crossed we'll be at full occupancy very soon!

I've attached a few initial photographs that we've picked out, and will publish lots more images and videos when we've worked through them all.

We owe a big thankyou to Julian Maurice for getting it over the finish line, as well as our brilliant Huddersfield based maintenance team for their hard work to get the job completed after issues with previous contractors.

It's been a hectic couple of weeks on site as the light at the end of the tunnel (completion of West St) gets closer.

It's been a roller coaster and we can't wait to get it finished, but we have learnt so much along the way and are excited to get our teeth into the next one... after a well deserved holiday that is!

It's still a work in progress currently, but making major strides with the end well within sight, now to get it on the market to find some fantastic tenants 🙂

Always keep your eyes peeled for opportunities! We regularly spot houses when out and about, snap a picture and note the address and follow it up with a Direct-To-Vendor marketing letter, looking to help them out however we can. It doesn’t always end in a deal, but putting yourself out there is half the battle!

Happy Mother's Day to all the mums out there! Today is great day to remember why you do the things you do... For us the number one reason is our boys. We work to create a business that can give them the life we want for them - full of travel, great experiences, memories & quality time with us. We also think it's so important to teach them that they can achieve success as long as they work hard for it.

Never underestimate the difference a simple coat of paint (& professional pictures!) can make. This one of our flats after a long-term tenant left & again after we have redecorated it.
