PLANNING SUCCESS! An early Christmas present was given to a client with a successful grant of planning permission from Melton Borough Council for a removal of an occupancy condition imposed on a 2001 planning permission for a holiday let in Stathern.

There had been a change in circumstances which we was able to demonstrate that allowing the use of the former holiday let to a permanent residential home would not undermine the objectives of sustainable development.

Joined the Melton BID this evening for a get together with other local business in the town and from surrounding areas. It has a warm and relaxing atmosphere and I was made to feel welcome on my first visit. Would recommended other business pop along to the February event. The small plates were plentiful at Montero Lounge too!
