A little reminder that there are actual real people behind all these holiday homes!
When Dougie and I started with Pencerrig Isaf back in 2019, I don’t think either of us imagined we’d end up with The Pencerrig Collection.
One holiday let became three with the addition of the two cabins, then another cottage….and apparently we aren’t good at stopping 😃.
And - somewhere along the line we gained Jodie - our adopted daughter, Collection Manager and, if completely truthful, really The Boss.
Shes been with us since 2022 and is a huge part of what keeps the Collection running (and keeps Dougie and me in line).
We are still very much a small family business. We’re the people behind the messages, the cleaning (even though we have a wonder sub-team that we’ll introduce later - updated pics required!), the maintenance, the decorating, the late night “the WiFi isn’t working” calls and the constant ideas about where we go next.
So when you book direct or through one of the big platforms, leave us a lovely review, recommend us to someone or even just share a post or tag us in to one of yours whilst with us ❤️, it genuinely matters and makes a difference for us.
Thank you for supporting what can be a slightly crazy little family business 🏴.
Clare, Dougie and The Boss (Jodie) xx
