Such a great cause
Thank-you to our amazing Snugburys Ice Cream 🍦 ♥️💎
We’d like to introduce you to someone extremely special, this is our family friend’s gorgeous little boy, Freddie.
In 2021, Freddie’s parents Phil and Hannah, received the devastating news that their precious boy had been diagnosed with MPS III-A (Sanfilipo Syndrome), an extremely rare genetic metabolism disorder, otherwise known as childhood dementia.
As the disease progresses, it will take away Freddie’s ability to walk, talk and eat, eventually taking his life before he reaches his teenage years.
As it stands the is the only UK charity that supports families with children who have the disorder. We want to raise as much as we can for the charity.
We have build a giant 45ft straw Paddington Bear feature in our field to raise awareness, our structure is free to visit but if you are able to we ask you to make a donation to the MPS Society. There are points at Snugburys where you can do this or you can also donate directly on the MPS website - see link below.
We are currently donating 10p from single, double and triple cones sold in our shop as well as planning various events in the future to raise as much money and awareness as we can.
Thank you for reading ❤️
