When you are looking to sell your home the fee is a huge part of the decision making for so many people. Its comes off your bottom line / profits💷💷💷💷

Please remember the following.....

1/ Get the fee in writing/ email before making any decisions.

2/ Is the fee no sale no fee?

3/ Does the feel include vat?

4/ What am I getting for this fee?

5/ You dont always get what you pay for!!

We now know how to book the valuation.....how many estate agents to have out and also how to decide who to choose.

☑️Telephone or email the agent [via Rightmove] to arrange the valuation.
☑️2-3 valuations are suffice.
☑️Pick the agent who understands your needs and motivations for moving.
