The start of one of our clients roof areas, we are laying a new EPDM Firestone rubber roof to this rear addition. It has so far consisted of the replacement of 6x2 joists, boards and the first stages of the EPDM process. We issue 15 and 25 year guarantees on this type of roof system, so long as a reputable material manufacturer is used, in this case we are using Firestone products.

One of our recently completed garage conversions. This forgotten old garage was converted into an extra bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All up to building regs standard and beyond!

A garage conversion is a very good way to add additional space to any home. Bedroom, games room, office....... whatever it may be, a garage conversion is a great way to make use of the existing space and falls under permitted development, so no planning applications have to be made (within reason)

One of our recently finished roofs at the C.A.T.S CLUB, Peacehaven. This job consisted of the creation of a timber constructed frame on top of the container built school, using all necessary timbers and fixings. Once the timber frames with the correct falls were achieved, we applied a ‘torch on’ felt system, with a nice black mineral cap sheet. All drips were hand formed and carefully affixed. Fascias and gutters installed. This job was certainly a game of chess with the weather we have had, but the end result speaks for itself. Outstanding satisfactory job achieved. We would also like to thank Vicky Phillips and the team at the CATS club for putting up with us and I would like to say what an amazing job they all do down there to support the children and parents. Thank you.

With permitted development, you don’t have the hassle of planning permission and are able to convert your garage without plans or planning approval. We are getting quite busy and need extra tradesman for any given job, it will be on a day rate basis and payment on receipt of invoice, unless a price is agreed. If your trade isn’t initially required then we will still keep you in our books and you will be the first port of call if your services are required. Please tag friends etc.
