Good morning!🏡

For those who don’t know me, I’m Joe, and for the past nearly two years I’ve had the pleasure of looking after our customers and their property journeys across Sandown and the surrounding area with Pittis.

You’ll still have the Pittis Estate Agency name you know and trust, but with an even more personal and local approach from me.

For me, estate agency has always been about people. Whether you’re thinking about selling, looking for your next home, curious about what your property might be worth, or you simply want some honest advice about the local market, I’m always happy to have a chat.

I know the area, I know the local market and, most importantly, I want my customers to know they have one familiar face they can turn to throughout their journey.

I’m also a firm believer that estate agency doesn’t just happen between 9 and 5. Day or night, I’m never far away and always at the end of the phone or a message when you need me. 📱

So, what can you expect from this page?

Over the coming weeks and months, I’ll be sharing local property market updates, properties coming to the market, mortgage and financial advice, lettings advice, land & new homes updates and plenty of useful tips for buyers, sellers, landlords and anyone with an interest in property.
