This was a great project for us to work on in Newquay. Transforming a white themed house into a colourful, comfortable abode for the clients.Thank you for your hospitality throughout, truly appreciated.

Living Room walls:
WRX Durable Matt tinted in Little Greene Air Force Blue, no 260

Hallway walls and ceiling:
Colour drenched in F&B Babouche, no 223

Woodwork:
Teknos Futura primer for architraves and skirts, Cover Stain for the stairs case.
Teknos Futura 20, semi-matt, for all woodwork I'm white.

Our last exterior project for 2025, completed mid September on a lovely home in St Columb Major.

This house had awful algae and fungal issues, especially on the North facing gable end. To rid these areas of the built up algae, we scraped and drilled off using a wire wool drill bit, then brushed them off. Next was the need to sort fungicide over whole property to kill any remaining cultures. Two weeks after finishing, we returned so we could treat the whole house with Wet and Forget. This is a great product which reactivates for a year, preventing any algae/fungie reattaching to the masonry.

We then opened up any cracks, used Toupret Masonry filler, then sponged these fills to help blend in with the render.

Once we masked and poly off the windows, doors, fixtures and fittings we were ready to paint.

Lovely little job for a lovely family home in Nansledan, Newquay. Only two rooms to complete but it was a great turnaround to help transform their new home into that feel good factor.

Beautifully restored old period sash windows, back to their best. We thoroughly enjoyed working hard to prepare these windows. Crafting the 2 part filler on the panels to shape them to their original design, to sanding the runners to move more freely was truly satisfying.

This classic period terraced townhouse was a brilliant project from start to finish.

We began by stripping back all the wallpaper — only to uncover some truly horrendous walls underneath, so the prep work was full on, especially tackling a 100-year-old banister. We carefully removed layers of stain and varnish. It was testing, but well worth the effort.

The transformation speaks for itself — the property has now been refurbished to a beautiful spec, with crisp finishes and a timeless feel.

We thoroughly enjoyed this project; transforming a gorgeous home in Feock into a bright and vibrant abode is always a treat.

Originally all woodwork was a deep mahogany stain and varnish, nothing Zinsser BIN couldn't handle to use as a primer.
