It’s been an incredibly productive week! I had a fantastic meeting with a well-respected local developer, discussing the exciting possibility of managing their beautifully designed new apartments. These properties are set to be truly exceptional once completed!

March bookings are coming in strong, including a great last-minute 4-night stay from a team of contractors working in the area. We’re also gearing up to welcome this weekend’s guests, arriving tomorrow for their own 4-night stay. And to top it off, we’ve received yet another glowing 5-star review from a happy Airbnb guest!

On a more personal note, it’s not just business we’re celebrating - this weekend also marks Neil’s birthday! A well-earned chance to raise a glass after such a busy and successful week.
