🚶‍♀️🌲 Well done to the Arnolds Keys team who took on the LandAid Trek in Thetford Forest on Friday!

Harry, Nick, Catherine, Lara, Natalie and Daisy laced up their walking boots for a fantastic day of fundraising in support of LandAid, a charity working to end youth homelessness.

As well as enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Thetford Forest, the team helped raise awareness and support for an incredibly important cause.

We are proud to have been part of the event and would like to thank everyone who took part, donated and helped make the day such a success.

A great effort from the team and a brilliant achievement all round. 👏

🏓 Third place and a great cause to support!

This week, Harry Downing and Kevin Atkins represented Arnolds Keys at the HCR Law Go Padel Norwich event at Pace Padel, taking to the court as a doubles team in aid of Norwich foodbank UK.

We are delighted to report that they secured third place, which isn't a bad result for two property professionals!

Most importantly, the event brought together businesses from across the region to support a fantastic local charity and the vital work Norwich Foodbank does within our community. 👏

🚨 Landlords: another major change is on the way!

The Government has confirmed that a new Private Rented Sector property register will begin rolling out across England from 15th December 2026.

Landlords will need to register themselves and their occupied rental properties, with a fee per property, per year.

For landlords, the key things to know are:

✅ Every occupied rental property must be registered

✅ Compliance documents, including EPCs, gas and electrical certificates, will need to be uploaded

✅ Registration deadlines will be introduced region by region throughout 2027

✅ Penalties for non-compliance ranging from £7,000 to £40,000.

✅ The property cannot be marketed to let unless there is an active entry for both the landlord and the property.

For landlords in the East of England, the rollout starts on 15th January 2027, with a registration deadline of 14th April 2027.
