We've got some exciting plans for the future, and we're pleased that we've handed over the reins to the wonderful Websters of Norwich | Estate Agents who will be opening their new office in Horstead and Coltishall very soon!

Websters, a fast-expanding family run independent sales and letting agency, have agreed to take over award-winning Norfolk Broads based sales agency Pendefords, which has been successfully selling high quality properties in the area for five years.
Charlie Webster, managing director of Websters, commented: “I am delighted we are able to open our second branch in the perfect location for our brand and an area we already know very well.
“We were presented with the opportunity to take over from Pendefords and I instantly knew it was the right opportunity to expand our business. Whilst the property market has been difficult in the last year we are already seeing signs of recovery and I believe now is the time to extend our coverage to North Norfolk & The Broads. It also brings me great pleasure in announcing that Jack Deeley-Nobbs will be our new Branch Manager at Coltishall. Jack lives locally and has worked in the area for many years.”
