Planning permission for our latest project in South London has been granted today.

We are delighted to have secured planning permission for our clients to transform and significantly enhance their home.

The approved proposals include:

- A new double-storey side entrance extension, with a new first-floor bathroom above.

- A large loft extension, achieved by raising the existing roof ridge to create additional accommodation.

- A side return extension, further expanding the ground-floor living space.

Together, the proposals will significantly improve the property, maximise the available living space and create a more welcoming and functional entrance to the home.

We’re looking forward to seeing the project progress from planning approval through to construction and can’t wait to see the finished result take shape on site.

Brilliant to see our project in Dedham starting on site.

The house is Grade II listed, and the proposals have successfully passed through a rigorous planning process.

The project includes replacing the existing roof tiles with new, traditional handmade clay tiles, alongside the introduction of new lead dormers.

We are also making a series of sensitive improvements throughout the property to enhance its thermal performance and provide improved weather protection, while respecting and preserving the character of this important historic building.

It’s great to see the project moving from design and planning into construction. We look forward to seeing it take shape over the coming months.
