⚒️Estimating the refurbishment can be a little tricky sometimes.🪚
Let me explain to you why I am saying that. The picture below is in the kitchen of a property I saw, and on the top floor is the bathroom and the washing machine.
In my mind, that can be 2 things.
1) there is a leaking pipe in the bathroom.. or ..
2) there is a connection issue with the pipes from the washing machine.
My builder was with me that day, so he confirmed that it was option number 2.
If you are not sure about the refurbishment cost or if there is something in the property that concerns you, please take your builder with you. Your job will be much easier
