A went to the network event yesterday evening that was held by Derby Property Meet

It was held at in Derby.

It was my first visit but I received a lovely welcome by the partners and they provided refreshments 🫶🏼

There were talks held by Sue who started her property journey with rentals and flips but has now branched out into Air BnB’s and serviced accommodation and had some great ideas for property investors.

There was also a talk with teaching you about property negotiation and has a best seller book called The Psychology of property negotiation 🧠

were giving advice on HMO and how they can provide you with a monthly HMO market report, definitely worth looking into if your in this sector.

This network event is great for property investors on any level and would recommend giving it a try. I’ll be attending next month as their speakers are about the changes coming to EPC’s and the commercial market 🏡
