Part 2 – inside Market Place 👀

A closer look at the finished flats and the level of finish throughout the building, clean, modern, and designed to make the most of every space.

We kept renters in mind throughout the whole build, focusing on convenience and ease. You’ll see that in the bathrooms especially, with wet wall panels and larger tiles to make cleaning and maintenance much simpler.

Like most conversions, it came with its challenges, particularly on the structural side — but our team worked through everything that came our way and kept the project moving.

Being right in the centre of Mansfield is what really sets this one apart. Everything’s on the doorstep, making it a great place to live and a strong location for the commercial unit below.

Market Place is finally complete 🙌

This one’s been a big journey for us.

We took an old Barclays bank right in the heart of Mansfield town centre and transformed it into a mixed-use development,now home to Gregs in the commercial unit and 12 new flats above.

The location was a big part of the vision for this project. Being so central, everything is on the doorstep which makes it a great, convenient place to live and work.

Like any conversion, it came with its challenges, but that’s what makes it rewarding.

Seeing it go from an empty, outdated building to something modern and full of life again is what it’s all about.

Part 2 of The Mills Development is here 👀

One of the most important parts of this project was preserving the building’s heritage while transforming it into something truly special.

Blending original character with a modern finish hasn’t been easy, but it’s what makes this development stand out.

As our biggest project to date, it’s pushed us in every area.

We’ve learned a huge amount along the way, taken on new challenges, and come out the other side incredibly proud of what’s been achieved.

Seeing the final result and how it all came together makes it worth it.

After months of hard work, planning, and precision… It’s finally here 👏

The Mills Development is officially COMPLETE.

From early-stage coordination through to final finishes, this project has been all about delivering quality, managing detail, and making sure every element meets the highest standard.

This is just Part 1 of the reveal, giving you a first look at the finished spaces, design details, and overall transformation.
