Rotten kitchen renewed. A leak from above had taken its toll on this kitchen and plasterboard wall.

All the plasterboard was removed along with timber wall and replaced with insulation to create a warm dry room.

Dangerous and poorly laid out electrics were redesigned before fresh plaster laid out.

Kitchen renovation complete. Removal of internal wall and steel added to open up the rooms into a real useable space and hub of the home. All rewired, plasterboarded and skimmed, new skirting boards and architrave with internal doors. Fresh, clean LVT flooring to finish the makeover.
