Signed off this week by building control ✅ a single storey extension with a few knockthru’s to create an open plan kitchen and spacious living room. The roof lanterns and sliding doors create a modern, light and airy space for our clients to enjoy overlooking their garden.

A recent job in Formby where we removed the existing conservatory to create a single storey extension for our client. We also knocked through into the existing house to create a larger more usual-able family space and a separate office to work from home. Us and our clients are made up with the amount of natural light the bifold doors and fixed roof lights provide. Due to the weather, we haven’t had chance to finish the render which will complete the look 👌🏻
