What the f*ck is THAT in my camera roll???? 😅😂😳

So, we’re just back from a very intense trip with many many viewings packed into just a couple of days. How did we organise our selves to get the most amount of the time we had? Here’s what we did:

✔️Gathered our questions for each property up front so we didn’t miss anything once we were there!
✔️Took a ton of notes each and combined them at the end
✔️ Took a s**t ton of pictures so we knew what we were dealing with when we came away
✔️ emailed our selves as we went, so we didn’t have any guess work to do at the end of the day.
✔️ uploaded everything to the server on our spread sheet and in address labled folders…

BOSH!

Stinky houses and good neighbourhoods!!
Top tips for viewings. We researched hard before we came up.. here are a couple of nuggets:

👉Always double triple confirm appointments with agents.
👉 do tbe research up front, ask the awkward questions and quality out before making an unnecessary trip!

Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve been spending time asking our selves the real questions, as we start planning for next year. 🙌🏼
We seriously need to hit the ground running in January… And I genuinely love this part of the process.

The strategy, the planning, pulling things apart and really interrogating it before putting it all back together again.. 👀 a strategist at heart, this is me in my happy place. ❤️

I think it’s fair to say, we would like to be a little further forward than we are right now, but guess what? At least we’re honest about that.

And what does this helps us do? Get brutal. That’s what.
We’re talking about what we have done well and what improvements we need to make.

Trajectory is sometimes be more important than position, and we have both made a lot of changes this year so we have definitely moved forward BUT we’re ready to pick up the pace now! The next phase of our progress will only be made possible through brutal honesty and discipline. We’re getting real! 😁

Hats, haircuts and tattoos could save you from decision paralysis!

We’ve all been there, that agonising dance of ‘shall I, shalt I’? The cost of inaction, however, can far outweigh the cost of making a less than perfect move and optimising later. If this sounds familiar, and if you sometimes struggle to make a decision, this might help.

🧢 Hats – you can try on loads of hats and see which one suits you best

👱‍♀️Haircuts – f*ck this up and you gotta live with it for around 6-8 weeks

💪🏼Tattoos – yea, well these are pretty permanent

Which one are you dealing with? Can you test, fail quickly and move on with little to no consequences? If yes, you have a hat or a haircut – get on with it!

Is it a tattoo? Exercise due-dill and give it the weight it deserves.

Don’t sweat the small stuff. If it’s reversable, just get it perspective!
