How do we create our Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) of homes and gardens?

We use our specialist software to manually build a precise virtual model of your property project, ensuring dimensional accuracy throughout the process. We firstly create the 3D model in greyscale format (a digital image composed entirely of shades of grey) to show the core design and early-stage concept. We then progress to adding accurate textures and lighting to every surface in the model, including your chosen materials, colours and furnishings, to transform it into a photo-realistic image.

We can use a variety of different references to create a CGI, including your architectural drawings, 2D plans, sketches, measurements and/or existing photos.

We work with Architects, Property Developers, Designers and Private Clients across the UK, assisting with CGI visuals for small-scale designs, right the way through to large ambitious property projects.

Discovering the Future of Interior Spaces with Architectural CGI Rendering

We were pleased to work on this client project involving a property extension in Oxfordshire, which included the addition of a new utility room.

Using the architect’s plans and measurements, we were asked to create a precise visual of the room using our CGI rendering software.

The CGI was required to incorporate our client's mood board, style and interior design preferences, allowing them to visualise the room prior to decorating and furnishing. This helped them to finalise the layout and make well-informed choices regarding the selection and ordering of worktops, doors, and fixtures & fittings for the space.

We created these images for our client in Buckinghamshire to illustrate the kitchen and dining area, and ground floor layout of their new build property. These visuals assisted in finalising choices for their interior layout, fixtures, and finishes.

Doing any renovation on your home is expensive and having 3D images of the design provides a dependable reference early on. Our property visuals can help reduce both time and costs by preventing material waste and minimising later changes to the design.

We really enjoyed working on this project on behalf of our client!

It consisted of a renovation to the rear of the property which included an extension and full redesign of the kitchen and dining space. We created these 3D images which helped the client visualise what the end result would look like, consisting of the external works, and also the interior design changes to the internal space and kitchen.
